Selecting a delivery system...

I really was on the fence about what the best approach for my training would be. I thought face to face instruction would be the best approach, however after trying to figure out the best way to present the various matierals that I was coming up with, I decided that since they need to learn to use outlook, why not make it a self paced/distance training program that requires them to communicate with others via e-mail.

User/Learner Objectives...

I am confused on how to write learner objectives. I think I am looking for an example, because when I write them they sound like instructional objectives. It just seems strange that we would write a learning objective by stating:

I want to learn...or I hope to learn...
